., a listed company in Taiwan OTC stock market (TW.4114), is a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes prescription, OTC, and healthcare products under Synmosa trade mark. It was established in 1980, started as a pharmaceutical product trader and transformed into a fully integrated pharmaceutical company. In 2005, acquisition plants of Boehringer Ingelheim Taiwan and provided contract manufacture service (CMO) for Boehringer Ingelheim. Further more, built up OEM, ODM and distribution capability for international pharmaceutical companies .
Synmosa successfully markets and distributes its pharmaceutical products into many regions, such as HK, China, Southeast Asia and South America through its subsidies or local distributor. It also imports and markets the products for many multinational companies into Taiwanese market through its talent sales forces.
Its major products are in three therapeutic areas: Cardiovascular, Respiratory (Nasal Spray & MDI), and Sex Hormone.

Our Manufacturing Facilities |

Synmosa has three world-class manufacturing facilities to provide quality products includes pharmaceuticals and healthcare foods. Synmosa Plant was acquired from Boehringer Ingelheim in 2005. It expanded with a state-to-the-art separate production building for sex hormonal and high-potency production in 2009 and it obtains PIC/S GMP approved by TFDA at the end of 2010. cGMP certified Shin-Yuan plant is for general pharmaceutical production which was acquired in 1992. Kuang-Fu Plant is for healthcare foods production and designed as pharmaceutical standard which equips low-humidity facilities for capable to provide healthcare foods in effervescent tablet and granule forms.

Synmosa Plant is a world-class manufacturing facility; it was built and previous owned by Boehringer Ingelheim-Germany. It was acquired and transferred to Synmosa in 2005 and renamed it “Synmosa Plant”. This cGMP-certified plant was designed with standards of US FDA and PIC/S. Our manufacturing equipments are fully automatically for high-efficiency production. Synmosa plant is able to manufacture dosage forms in Tablet, Capsule, Nasal Spray, and Meter-dose Inhaler. It provides OEM service to Boehringer Ingelheim, Takeda, and Otsuka for their supplies in Taiwan, South Africa, Indonesia, and Japan markets. |

| High-Potency manufacturing plant |

To sustain our leading position in sex hormone product, and to manufacture with efficiency and quality, Synmosa plant was expanded by building a separate high-potency production plant in the end of 2009. This facility was designated according to FDA- and PIC/S cGMP-compliance for strengthening our production capability to supply the increasing demand of sex hormone products. Moreover, this professional plant is one of highest spec production plants in Taiwan, or even in Asia. |

| Shin-Yuan Plant |

Shin-Yuan plant is a cGMP-compliant facility which equips low-humidity production facility to be able to provide the product in special dosage form in effervescent tablet and granule. Our state-to-the-art manufacturing equipments and dedicating monitoring system, for its high-standard and high-efficiency manufacturing,. We produce the product with strictly quality assurance system to ensure their quality and safety. We are proud that the products manufacturing in Shin-Yuan Plant are highly-rated both in Taiwan and overseas, and they are also successfully export to Japanese market. |

| Kuang-Fu Plant |
|
Kuang-Fu plant is the first professional food manufacturing plant with its low-humidity manufacturing facilities. It is able to produce food supplements not only in tablet and capsule, but also in effervescent tablet and granule. These dosages are the trend of new route of administration of food supplement, especially for the patient with difficulty to swallow and who needs instant aborted by their body. |
