Peter Lin/pharmacist |
C.E.O
Graduated from Taipei Medical University with pharmacist
degree, Mr. Lin is the key founder of Synmosa Group.
By learning and observing from his favorite game-Go,
Mr. Lin always thinks logically, strategically,
and thoroughly for every movement he takes. Moreover,
Mr. Lin believes in those principles when he comes
to his business and personal life: sincerity, respect,
accountability and innovation. To fulfill his dream
of bringing better life for human, he decided to
start up his own business in 1981 after three years
dedicating to Upjohn. The Formasa Time was established
as of a local distributor for Orion. With numerous
efforts, a long-term trustworthy relationship with
Orion was built up and Synmosa has become the largest
local distributor for Orion in Taiwan. With Mr.
Lin’s vision and strategically planning, Synmosa
first established its own sales team and acquired
Shin Yuan plant and Kuang-Fu plant,and R&D center,
built up the international sales channel and network,
and recently purchased B.I.’s international standard
manufacturing plant in 2005– now renamed as Synmosa
plant. Mr. Lin is dedicated to improving the quality
of human life by establishing a pharmaceutical research
center in Taiwan and developing innovative new medicines. |

Jack Chiu /pharmacist |
Vice President -
R & D and Kuang-Fu plant
Mr. Chiu graduated from Kaohsiung Medical College
with pharmacy background. He had been worked with
Bristol Myers Squibb and Glaxo as production manager
for 7 years. He also served as production and operation
planning manager in Johnson & Johnson. He joined
Synmosa in 1986 as deputy plant manager and currently
is the vice president of Synmosa group and in charge
of the R&D center and Kuang-Fu plant. |

Wayne Wu/pharmacist |
Vice President,
Pharma Manufacturing Business Division of Synmosa
Group
Mr. Wu is the head of pharmaceutical manufacturing
business division of Synmosa Group. He worked with
Boehringer Ingelheim as plant manager, production
mananger and QA manager for total of 21 years and
then currently works for Synmosa after Synmosa acquired
BI’s production facilities in Taiwan. He successfully
expanded the factory twice, developed toll manufacturing
for Novartis and 3M, and started the export business
to Japan, South Africa and Indonesia with excellent
performance for Boehringer Ingelheim. In his new
career in Synmosa Group, he will devote on pharmaceutical
manufacturing, especially in the international manufacturing
business. |

Jacky Kuo/pharmacist |
Vice President –
International Business Development
GM/ Foreview International Ltd
Mr. Kuo graduated from Taipei Medical University
with pharmacist degree. After 13 years of working
with Astra Taiwan Pharmaceutical Ltd, he joined
Synmosa as marketing manager from 1996. During Astra
workdays, Mr. Kuo received his Post-graduated MBA
degree while working with Astra. At presence, he
is Vice President of Business Development of Synmosa
and General Manager of Foreview International Ltd.

Zen Young/pharmacist |
Vice President -
Sales-HP/Marketing/Medical
Graduated from Taipei Medical College in 1981 as
a pharmacist, he had been worked as Director of
Sales Department, Director of Medical and Marketing
Department in Astra, also as Head of CV Business
Unit in MSD. He attended Strategic Planning Seminar
in IMD and received a MBA degree in Tulane University,
USA. Currently, he is the Vice President in Synmosa
and in charge of the HP Sales Department, and Medical
and Marketing Department. |

Stella Chang |

products/Senior Assistant to C.E.O.-Administration
Graduated from Taipei Administrative College. Ms.
Stella Chang has worked for Synmosa since 1990.
Now, she is in charge of the consumer business and
Administration department. |

Pei-Chien Sun /pharmacist |
Director,R &
D
Mr. Sun is the Director of technical support. He
graduated from Taipei Medical College as a pharmacist
in 1977. He worked with Eli-Lilly as production
supervisor during the period of 1985 to 1986. He
has been working for Synmosa BioPharma as production
manager since 1987. He is in charge of R & D
formulation division. |

William Wu/pharmacist |
Director – New Product
Development
Senior Assistant to C.E.O. – R&D/Marketing/Medical
Mr. Wu is graduated from the Pharmacy School of
National Taiwan University in 1984 and has got a
MBA degree from Leicester University, UK, in 1997.
Before join Synmosa in 2000, He has worked for SKF
Taiwan Ltd as PSR, Far-Eastern Memorial Hospital
as Pharmacist, Astra Taiwan as Product Manager,
Glaxo Taiwan Ltd as Product Group Manager and GSK
as Project Manager. In Synmosa, he used to be the
Manager and Director for Marketing/Medical Department,
and now is the Director of New Product Development
and Senior Assistant to C.E.O. in R&D, Marketing
and Medical fields. |

Banson Lin/pharmacist |
Senior Assistant
to C.E.O. - Distributors
Mr. Lin is graduated from Taipei Medical College
in 1981 as a pharmacist. Boehringer Ingeheim as
his first job, He stays there for two years. After
that He had been work with Eisai, a Japanese company,
as sales and marketing manager for 10 years. Then,
He joined Synmosa in 1998 as training manager, human
resource manager, national sales manager. Now, he
is in charge of the businesses through other distributors.

Cindy Weng/MD |
Project Manager
and Sales Manager – GP sales department
Ms. Weng, MD, has graduated from
Shanghai Second Medical University. She has worked
for 10 years with Xin Hua Hospital, Shanghai Second
Medical University & Astra China Pharmaceutical
Co.,Ltd. She joint Synmosa as product manager from
2001. Now, She is Project manager & Sales manager
of Synmosa Group.

Hong-Chine Pai |
Senior Assistant
to C.E.O. - Finance
Mr. Pai graduate from Taichung Business College
with financial background in 1983. He spend a long
his career with Shin-Kuan Group, a key insurance
company in Taiwan. He worked as financial people
in that company and a long experience to rotate
his job to different area. In 1997, Mr. Pai moved
to Tai-Shin Construction, a big construction company
in Taiwan, as assistant manager to CEO. He joined
Synmosa in 2001, as a Auditing manager and currently
as a Senior Assistant to C.E.O.. |

Alex Chou |
Project Manager
and Sales Manager – GP sales department
Mr. Chou graduated from Ta-Tung Institute of Technology
Business Management in 1984. He has a well working
experience in Human Resource since 1988. He had
been working as a Section Chief, Vice Manager, Manager
in Management Division in High-Technology and Semi-Conductor
companies.
Now, He is in charge of Human Resource Department
as a manager in SYNMOSA Group since 2005. |

Sandra Chan |
Financial Manager
Miss Chan received her bachelor degree in Business
Administration from the Department of Accounting
of Feng Chia University. From 1989 to 1992, she
worked as supervisor of ArthurAnderson Certified
public Accountants. From 1999 to 2004, she worked
with Ultra Source TechnologyCorp as a special assistant
to the board chairman. She has been working with
Saynmosa as financial manager from 2005. |
